Une bouffée d'optimisme tous les matins / A positive message each morning

Depuis quelques années déjà, je suis abonnée à un petit message qui m'arrive tous les matins.
Il s'agit de "Matin Magique"... Initiative totalement gratuite d'une coach hors du commun : Marie-Pier Charon.

For several years, I've been receiving a small message, full of optimism, or allowing for reflection and the development of positive thinking, and a newsletter every months or so. I greatly appreciate it and thought you might be interested ... I found it in French, but as the coach doing it is in Quebec, she's also bilingual and thus has an english version of her website :

However, for now, I'm not sure if "Matin Magique", the daily positive message is already available in english. It might be a good practice if you're studying french, though :-)
